Voluntary Seva
All offerings on this page are voluntary devotional contributions to ISKCON for the Sri Krishna Janmashtami 2026 festival. They are not payments for goods or services.
Refund & Cancellation
As these are voluntary seva offerings made with devotion, refunds are generally not applicable. In cases of duplicate payment, erroneous transfer, or other genuine issues, please contact the ISKCON seva team at {{OFFICIAL_CONTACT_EMAIL}} with your UTR reference and we will review the matter in accordance with temple policy.
Prasadam Delivery Policy
Eligible sevas may include dispatch of Janmashtami prasadam/return gift. This is subject to:
- Official temple confirmation of the gift matrix and dispatch schedule
- Pincode serviceability of the delivery area
- Availability of the approved prasadam/gift item
- Accurate delivery address and mobile number submitted via the confirmation form
International delivery is available only through the organization's approved process. Please contact the seva team for guidance.
Payment Verification
Payments are verified manually by the seva team using the UTR/transaction reference submitted through the confirmation form. No automated payment verification is performed on this page.
Tax Receipts (80G)
Tax-deduction eligibility under Section 80G is subject to the organization's current registration and applicable legal requirements. Please contact the seva team to confirm current eligibility and required documentation before making a donation for tax purposes.
